Ruby Gold Glass Making Workshop, Providence, RI 2016

Glass making workshop in collaboration with RISD Glass Department, the Making and Knowing Project of Columbia University, Dr. Jane Cook of Corning Museum of Glass, and Reid Cooper of Brown University Department of Material Sciences; Under Glass Department’s facilitation I collected and interpreted ancient glass recipes from 16th C. alchemist-practitioner’s manuscript BnF MS. Fr. 640, Engineered furnace and used processes to replicate that of 16th C. glass-making
